Main duties of the job Job responsibilities We are a training practice, use the EMIS Clinical system and have a strong emphasis on proactive teamwork. The successful candidate will work as part of the clinical team and be responsible for consulting with patients in respect of their continuing medical and nursing needs. Diabetes reviews skills, to include: Interpreting results Starting and adjusting medication Promoting lifestyle changes Managing reviews and follow ups Treatment room skills, to include: Phlebotomy ECGs Removal of sutures/clips Wound care/dressings Contraception Cervical cytology Child and adult injections Hypertension management Keep up to date with current guidelines and attend training updates as agreed with the practice.
