Managing
patient referrals and diagnostic bookings.
Scheduling,
amending, and cancelling appointments.
Maintaining
accurate patient records on clinical systems e.g. S1, EMIS
Data entry and
validation to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Processing
correspondence, reports, and clinical documentation.
Filing and
maintaining confidential records in line with GDPR and NHS information
governance requirements.
Answering
telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
Communicating
appointment details, preparation instructions, and follow-up information.
Providing a
professional and empathetic service to patients attending diagnostic services.
Liaising with
patients regarding appointment changes or service updates.
Managing
shared inboxes and responding to routine enquiries.
Supporting
rota coordination and clinic administration.
Assisting with
general office administration tasks and document preparation.
