Digital Content Executive- £27,000 per annum – London / Hybrid-working Do you know how to create social content that feels sharp, relevant and on-brand? Are you a strong writer with a good eye for trends, design and professional storytelling? The role Aim Agency is looking for a Content Specialist to join its London-based team. This is a hands-on role, focused on creating and managing digital and social content across a portfolio of corporate client accounts. You will work closely with the CEO and wider team, supporting founders, leaders and brands with content that builds visibility, trust and commercial value. This is not a leadership role. It would suit someone who enjoys being part of a creative, supportive team and can deliver high-quality content in a busy agency environment. Key Responsibilities • Write clear and engaging content, including articles, press releases, social posts and podcast scripts • Create website copy, blogs and thought leadership articles • Support content for founders and senior executives • Research social media trends, tools and platform updates • Adapt content for different channels, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts • Carry out basic Reels and video editing, including splicing, text overlays and trending audio • Create and schedule social media content for clients and Aim Agency • Monitor competitors and identify content gaps or opportunities • Review comments, forums and audience conversations to understand tone, humour and preferences • Reply to comments, direct messages and mentions in the correct brand voice • Maintain digital asset libraries, including images, logos and video content • Support client communication and meet agreed deadlines • Track social media performance and assist with client reporting • Work with PR, content and design colleagues to keep client output consistent About our company Aim Agency is a boutique female-led PR agency that values clarity, creativity, and impact.
