Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Manager £50,000 – £60,000 DOE | London – Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home) Are you a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager ready to take full ownership of a brand's digital performance? We're looking for someone to lead paid media, SEO, CRM and website strategy end-to-end — with real autonomy to shape how we win. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on testing, iterating and turning data into decisions. You'll have the freedom to use your own initiative and expertise to drive results, working in line with our wider marketing strategy and objectives. What you'll do • Own digital strategy and performance across paid media (Google, Meta, TikTok), SEO/GEO, CRM and website optimisation • Line manage and develop a small team of digital specialists • Lead on AI integration across marketing and customer journey workflows • Report performance insights and recommendations directly to senior leadership • Manage budgets, ROI and external agency relationships What we're looking for • 4+ years in a digital or performance marketing role, ideally in-house • Strong hands-on paid media experience • Solid SEO, CRO and analytics skills (GA4, Clarity or similar) • Line management or strong mentoring experience • Confident, organised and commercially minded, comfortable working at pace Why join us • Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home • Genuine autonomy to shape and own your channels, backed by a supportive team • A fast-paced, growing business where your impact is visible • Real scope to prove your expertise and develop your career further
