Role: Dispute Resolution Solicitor Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid CRA Consulting is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and progressive law firm seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with approximately three years' post-qualification experience. The Opportunity The role involves managing a mixed caseload of both pre-litigation and litigated matters, with a particular focus on: • Commercial disputes • Property litigation • Professional negligence claims You will take ownership of your files from inception through to conclusion, working closely with experienced colleagues while developing your technical expertise and client management skills. Key Responsibilities • Managing a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters. • Advising clients on contentious issues and providing practical, commercially focused solutions. • Handling matters through all stages of the dispute resolution process. • Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court pleadings. • Maintaining accurate time recording and file management practices. • Building and maintaining strong client relationships. • Supporting senior members of the team as required. • Contributing to the continued success and growth of the department. About You The successful candidate is likely to have: • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status. • Approximately 3 years' PQE, although applications from candidates with slightly more or less experience will also be considered. • Experience in litigation, ideally including exposure to commercial disputes, property litigation and/or professional negligence matters. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and client care abilities. • The confidence to manage files independently while recognising when support is required. • A proactive and professional approach to work. • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
