• Drama lead • KS3 – KS5 • Start Date: September 2026 • Location: Ealing • Contract: Full-time, permanent • £260- £290 Plus additional TLR A high-performing secondary school in the borough of Ealing is seeking a passionate and driven Drama Lead to join their team from September 2026. The Role In this Drama lead role, you will lead a dynamic department ideally with the ability to teach from KS3 -KS5. This role represents an exciting opportunity to guide and inspire this talented team, and act as a coach and mentor and be part of the induction for ECTS. You will: • Shape and develop a curriculum that promotes: Critical thinking, Cultural awareness Ethical understanding, Respect for diverse perspectives • Guide a committed team of educators who are enthusiastic and knowledgeable • Drive academic excellence and student personal development across all key stages • Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment Person Specification • An experienced middle leader or an ambitious teacher ready for a step up • Outstanding classroom practitioner with a strong background in Drama • Visionary educator passionate about developing both staff and students • Committed to inclusion, academic success, and holistic student growth (QTS required / Leadership training desirable although not essential) The school: This well-regarded West London Secondary school is based in the borough of Ealing and caters to children aged 11 to 18.
