We are looking for a proactive and highly capable Executive Assistant to join a fast-paced international investment firm, supporting senior leadership and running a professional office. Key responsibilities include: • Extensive diary management and international travel coordination • Managing expenses, meetings, events, and day-to-day executive support • Acting as a key point of contact for senior external stakeholders • Managing office operations, suppliers, and team events • Working collaboratively within a wider international EA team The ideal candidate will have: • Previous EA experience within investment, private equity, finance, or a similarly fast-paced environment • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills and a high level of discretion • The ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach This role is paying up to 550,000 SEK DOE, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
