What You'll Bring Leadership experience within an Independent Financial Planning environment. A strong understanding of regulation, governance and operational excellence. The ability to improve processes, develop people and embrace technology. Humility, commercial awareness and excellent judgement. Independent Financial Adviser experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
