Job description

As an EA to the CEO in the energy sector, you'll be the go-to person for managing the day-to-day schedule, correspondence and administrative tasks for the CEO. Based in London this role is key to ensuring the CEO's time is used effectively and the business runs smoothly Client Details An organisation in the Energy & Natural Resources sector, located in London Description • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments and travel arrangements. • Handle confidential correspondence and ensure timely communication on behalf of the CEO. • Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for meetings. • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, liaising with internal and external stakeholders. • Oversee administrative tasks to support the CEO's daily operations. • Ensure deadlines are met by tracking and prioritising tasks for the CEO. Profile A successful EA to the CEO should have: • Proven experience in a similar executive support role. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
