Job Title: Early Careers Associate Location: Warwick / Hybrid Contract Type: 6 months About the Role We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Early Careers Associate to support the successful delivery of apprenticeship and early careers programmes. This role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end learner journey, supporting recruitment and attraction activities, and delivering engaging programme events. Working closely with internal stakeholders, training providers and early career talent, you'll help create a positive and seamless experience from recruitment through to programme completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys programme coordination, relationship management and delivering high-quality administrative support while helping to develop the next generation of talent. Key Responsibilities Apprenticeship Programme Coordination • Coordinate the end-to-end apprentice journey from onboarding through to programme completion. • Schedule and coordinate learner reviews, development activities, workshops and programme events. • Maintain accurate learner records and programme documentation. • Monitor apprentice progress, attendance, programme milestones and compliance requirements. • Coordinate review meetings and communications with training providers and internal stakeholders. • Support placement planning, rotations and transition activities. • Coordinate programme communications and engagement initiatives. Early Careers Events • Support onboarding and induction activities for all early careers cohorts. • Coordinate and deliver administrative support for the annual programme of events, including development days, team-building activities, networking events and celebration events. • Manage event logistics, communications and attendee coordination. Early Careers Recruitment & Attraction • Coordinate attraction activities including careers fairs, campus events and virtual recruitment campaigns. • Provide administrative and logistical support for assessment centres and recruitment events. • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports and candidate records. • Support employer branding and attraction initiatives. • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process. • Coordinate onboarding activities for successful candidates. About You You'll ideally have: • Experience coordinating programmes, projects, recruitment campaigns or events. • Strong organisational and administrative skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. • Experience maintaining accurate records and tracking programme activity. • Confidence coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously. • Strong time management and problem-solving skills. • A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for supporting early careers and talent development.
