eBilling Rates Analyst Our leading international law firm client is recruiting an eBilling Rates Analyst to join their Finance team on a permanent basis, with a primary focus on implementing and maintaining client eBilling rates across finance systems, eBilling platforms and eBillingHub. • Salary to £60,000 • Excellent firm benefits & wellbeing packages • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) • Central London eBilling Rates Analyst – What You’ll Be Doing: • Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders to implement and manage eBilling rates and agreements • Ensure the timely setup of new rate arrangements, client onboarding and transitions to eBilling • Resolve eBilling rate and invoice upload issues, escalating complex queries to vendors where required • Maintain accurate documentation of eBilling rate configurations, processes and system procedures • Develop and apply expert knowledge of eBilling platforms, Practice Management System integrations and electronic billing formats, including LEDES and XML • Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training to support business and system requirements eBilling Rates Analyst – What We’re Looking For: • Strong prior experience in an eBilling role within a law firm • Solid understanding of commonly used Legal eBilling vendors • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines • Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
