This role is ideal for an Early Career Teacher looking to begin their teaching journey within a supportive and nurturing SEN environment. The successful candidate will teach a small class of pupils with additional needs, delivering engaging and personalised learning experiences that support communication, independence, and social development. The Role • Teach a small class of pupils within a specialist SEN setting. • Deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs. • Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes confidence, communication, and independence. • Work closely with Teaching Assistants, Therapists, and experienced SEN professionals. • Support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), communication needs, sensory differences, and associated learning needs. • Monitor progress and adapt learning to ensure all pupils achieve their full potential. • Foster positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues. About You • Hold or be on track to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin your teaching career in September 2026. • Have a passion for Early Years education and inclusive teaching practices. • Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Be patient, caring, and committed to supporting children with additional needs. • Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced SEN professionals.
