Education Support Worker

Are you a SEN Support Worker looking for a new role in Lewisham, South East London? Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a SEN Support Worker to join a lovely SEN School based in Lewisham starting in September 2026. This is a full time, long-term role for the full academic year and upon review there will be an opportunity to go permanent. The position will range from £90 to £110 per day dependant on experience. The School: The SEN School is a 'Good' Ofsted rated school for children aged between 2 to 19 years old with MLD, SLD, SLCN and Autism. The school provide specialist education through a specialist curriculum with extensive high-quality resources and facilities on site. The school also has dedicated Therapists on site including Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapists to aid student well-being. The school provide parking on-site and in local areas. The Position: You will be working as a SEN Support Worker supporting different students across KS3 and KS4 on a 1:1 basis with MLD and Autism. You will be required to aid the students learning and also provide assistance during activities outside of the schools setting.
