Electrical Maintenance Engineer Inspire Resourcing Ltd are proud to be supporting a long-established and respected organisation in their search for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping plant equipment running smoothly, safely and efficiently. If you enjoy problem-solving, variety and working in a team that genuinely cares about continuous improvement, this role will suit you perfectly. The Role: • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all site equipment • Responding to breakdowns with a proactive, root-cause mindset • Completing repairs on plant machinery and electrical systems • Supporting Lean initiatives and improvement projects • Helping to drive a culture of continuous improvement across the site • Maintaining a strong, positive approach to Health & Safety at all times Ideal Candidate: • Background in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Maintenance • Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics • Experience maintaining overhead cranes (advantageous) • FLT or Overhead Crane licence (bonus) • Knowledge of Siemens controls is highly desirable Th Package: • £38 - £40,000 DOE + overtime opportunities • Day shifts – enjoy a better work-life balance • 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays • Contributory pension scheme • Ongoing training and development for every employee • Free onsite parking • Join a supportive team within a stable, growing business
