Electrician

Are you an experienced electrician who enjoys working locally around the Bromley, Bexley and Croydon areas? This exciting and varied opportunity (70% residential / 30% light commercial) is being offered on an on-going sub-contracted arrangement, with a generous daily rate of pay. Pay is weekly (Friday’s), through CIS. One of my most highly regarded electrical clients is urgently seeking an experienced electrician, on a sub-contract basis to undertake domestic rewires, remedials, upgrades, and general electrical work. Most of the work is private residential / domestic and small commericail projects. A van and fuel card are supplied! Typically, the projects will include: • Replacement /upgrades of domestic fuse boards • Conducting EICRs (using EasyCert software, or similar) • Complete and partial domestic rewires • External lighting projects • Internal lighting / power socket upgrades • External power supplies • Installation of EV charging points • Installation of new / additional sockets and lighting points Experience and qualifications required: • A minimum of 3 years’ post apprentice experience gained from within a residential Electrical environment • Gold Card Standard (Minimum) • Level 3 VRQ Certificate in 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations (BS7671) • A good level of Test & Inspection experience • Experienced in providing an excellent customer service What’s in it for YOU? • Van & fuel card supplied • Ongoing and rewarding work • A varied mix of electrical projects • Working for a highly professional and well regarded company So, if you are an experienced electrician who is looking to work for a company where your skills, experience and positive attitude is valued and welcomed – We look forward to receiving your application.
