This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a supportive, close-knit team, providing essential administration support across a range of employee benefits schemes. The role offers exposure to a variety of corporate clients and the opportunity to develop knowledge across pensions, group risk, and healthcare. Key Responsibilities: • Administering employee benefits schemes, including pensions, group risk, and healthcare • Supporting consultants with client servicing and renewal processes • Liaising with providers, insurers, and key stakeholders • Processing joiners, leavers, and scheme amendments • Preparing client documentation, reports, and correspondence • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems • Supporting the onboarding of new clients • Ensuring a high level of service is provided to clients at all times What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience within employee benefits, pensions, or financial services administration • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively • Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and providers • A proactive and reliable approach with a willingness to learn and develop • Someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality administration and client service Desirable Skills: • Experience working within an employee benefits environment • Knowledge of workplace pensions and/or group risk products • Experience using financial services administration systems • A desire to build a long-term career within employee benefits How to Apply: Interested?
