Job description

My client is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join their established Employment team in Feltham, Greater London. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising both employers and employees while developing your career within a well-established and supportive law firm. The Role You will be responsible for managing a broad caseload of employment law matters, including: • Advising employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment issues • Handling matters involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, whistleblowing and TUPE • Advising on restrictive covenants and post-termination restrictions • Drafting and negotiating Settlement Agreements • Managing matters from initial instruction through to conclusion • Providing commercially focused legal advice and excellent client service • Working closely with colleagues to ensure matters are progressed efficiently • Assisting with business development and maintaining strong client relationships • Meeting billing and performance targets Requirements • Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2+ years' PQE in Employment Law • Experience advising both employers and employees • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of employment matters • Experience drafting and advising on Settlement Agreements • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently • Excellent client care and communication skills • Commercially minded with strong organisational skills • Motivated with a proactive and flexible approach What's on Offer • Competitive salary • 28 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays • Private Medical Insurance • Excellent career progression opportunities • Supportive and collaborative working environment Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal Recruitment Limited.
