You will advise a diverse range of private and public sector clients across the full spectrum of employment law, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters. Your workload will include advising on complex workplace issues, drafting contracts, policies and procedures, supporting corporate transactions, and managing Employment Tribunal claims involving unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, redundancy and other employment disputes. Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise while contributing to a practice consistently recognised by the leading legal directories. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from Employment Solicitors with 3 years' PQE or more who have gained strong employment law experience within a reputable practice. You will: • Have solid technical knowledge across contentious and non-contentious employment law. • Be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. • Enjoy building and maintaining strong client relationships. • Demonstrate a commercial approach and an enthusiasm for business development. • Be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
