Engineering Manager (Audio Visual) North West (Office & Site Based with UK Travel), Ideally located: Manchester, Rochdale, Skelmersdale, Preston, Liverpool, Bradford, Leeds, Burnley, Oldham, Stockport, Bolton £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus (£5000 - £10,000) + Pension + Progression Excellent opportunity for an engineering manager or senior AV professional to step into a leadership role within a growing and highly respected commercial AV business, where you will play a key role in shaping engineering standards, developing a team and driving technical excellence across projects. This company are a well-established and growing AV solutions provider, delivering high-quality projects across sectors including hospitality, retail, corporate and public sector environments. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a hands-on Technical Delivery & Engineering Manager to lead from the front and elevate their engineering function. In this role, you will split your time between office and site, supporting projects from initial survey through to commissioning and handover. You will act as the senior technical authority, providing guidance to engineers, troubleshooting complex installations and ensuring consistently high standards across all projects. Alongside this, you will take ownership of developing engineers, improving processes and implementing best practice across the business.
