Working as part of a specialist HR team, you will provide expert advice across a wide range of employee matters, partnering closely with HR colleagues and business leaders. This role offers exposure to complex casework, organisational change, and policy development, making it ideal for someone looking to deepen their expertise in a large, dynamic organisation. You will play a key role in shaping best practice, influencing decision-making, and supporting the continuous development of HR capability across the business. Key Responsibilities • Provide expert advice on complex employee matters including performance, conduct, restructures, and sensitive casework. • Lead and support formal investigations, ensuring fair and compliant processes. • Assess risk and provide pragmatic, commercially aligned recommendations. • Partner with HR teams and business leaders to resolve challenging people issues. • Support organisational change initiatives including restructuring programmes. • Analyse trends and provide insights to inform business decisions. • Coach and upskill HR colleagues and managers on best practice and employment law. • Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures. • Produce reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders. About YouThis role will suit someone who brings: • Strong experience in an HR Advisory or Employee Relations-focused role within a professional services or corporate environment. • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application. • Experience managing complex cases independently. • Confidence influencing and advising senior stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience coaching or developing HR colleagues or managers. • CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.
