Estate Agent - Senior Negotiator / Valuer

Please note that if you do not have the relevant experience required for the role, your application will not be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Negotiator/Valuer for our Estate Agency client based in South Woodham Ferrers. The ideal candidate must have previousEstate Agency experience including Valuing. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Salary and benefits package for the role of Senior Negotiator / Valuer: • Basic £25,020 DOE • OTE £46,000 • Car allowance £3,600 • Fuel allowance £1,380 • £40,000 Guaranteed for first 3 months • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 5pm (day back during the week) • 5 day working week • 1.25% commission structure • Instruction Bonus • Office target completion bonus • Parking season ticket provided • 28 days holiday including bank holidays • Highly established and successful local estate agency Responsibilities for the role of Senior Negotiator / Valuer: • Registering and qualifying potential buyers • Generating and conducting viewings • Canvassing to bring on new properties • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers • Preparing sales brochures • Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis • Always delivering exceptional customer service • Valuing and listing properties • Providing tailored advice to clients • Following up warm leads • Creating your own business opportunities • Working together as a team to achieve success Key Skills for the role of Senior Negotiator / Valuer: • Must have experience in Valuing • High level of customer service skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ambitious with the drive to succeed • Proactive team player • Excellent telephone manner • Well-presented and self-motivated • Passion for helping people • Proven track record within the property industry • Motivated and driven to hit targets and deliver results • Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car Additional Company Information: Our client is a well-established independent Estate Agency with over 45 years' experience in the Essex property market.
