In essence, this role involves acting on a range of real estate finance transactions for lenders, assisting on larger, complex deals and managing a smaller, independent caseload. You will draft facility agreements, security documents and ancillary documentation whilst simultaneously supervising junior team members. Contributing to business development is also key to this role. THE CANDIDATE: This firm is seeking applications from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years PQE as well as a strong technical ability in real estate finance, commercial property and landlord/tenant transactions. The successful candidate will exhibit a proactive approach, a willingness to learn and demonstrate leadership qualities.
