Dual Negotiator – Sales & Lettings
Location: Wimbledon
Basic Salary: £24,000 per annum
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £55,200 per annum (inclusive of Company Car or Car Allowance)
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated Negotiator to join a highly successful independent estate agency in Wimbledon.
Joining a well-established office with an outstanding local reputation, you will work alongside an experienced Branch Manager, Senior Negotiator, and Office Administrator. This role offers excellent earning potential, career progression, and the opportunity to play a key role in driving office performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the sales department.
• Generate and win new residential sales instructions.
• Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations.
• Manage and progress a pipeline of sales from offer through to completion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to vendors and purchasers.
• Negotiate offers and achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Assist in training, coaching, and motivating team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors.
• Work towards and exceed individual and branch performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within estate agency.
• Proven track record in generating instructions and achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Confident conducting valuations and winning business.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
Working Hours
• Five-day working week
• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:30pm
• Every Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
• Fixed day off during the week
• Closed Sundays
