Estate Manager Location: Fordham Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Salary: Up to £31,200 per annum (full-time equivalent), depending on experience About the Role • We are looking for an experienced, proactive and organised Estate Manager to join our growing team • This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in residential block or estate management who enjoys building strong client relationships and ensuring developments are safe, well-maintained and professionally managed. • A varied and rewarding role within a supportive and growing business. • Opportunities for professional development and career progression. Key Responsibilities • Manage the day-to-day operation of a portfolio of residential developments. • Carry out regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports with recommendations and action plans. • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, monitoring contractor performance and service delivery • Oversee statutory compliance, including fire risk assessments, electrical testing, water hygiene, asbestos management and other health and safety requirements • Attend resident meetings, AGMs and directors' meetings, including occasional evening meetings. • Manage contractors, obtain quotations, negotiate competitive pricing and ensure work is completed safely and to the required standard. • Handle insurance claims and support lease enforcement where required About You We're looking for someone who is: • Experienced in residential block, estate or property management. • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities. • Confident communicating with residents, directors, contractors and colleagues. • Financially aware, with experience of service charge budgets and expenditure monitoring. • Comfortable preparing reports, specifications and tender documentation What We Offer • Competitive salary of up to £31,200 (full-time equivalent), depending on experience. • Full-time or part-time opportunities available. • Monday to Friday working hours with no weekend working.
