This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive team where you'll gain exposure to every aspect of residential property management. Unlike traditional portfolio-based roles, the team works collaboratively, meaning responsibilities are shared rather than allocated to individual portfolios, creating a varied and rewarding position. Key Responsibilities • Managing residential tenancies from move-in through to move-out. • Coordinating maintenance works and contractor appointments. • Managing end-of-tenancy negotiations and deposit returns. • Carrying out regular property inspections. • Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors. • Ensuring all legal compliance and property safety requirements are met. • Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently. • Supporting colleagues across all areas of property management. About You The successful candidate will have: • Previous experience within residential property management. • A solid understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach. ARLA Level 3 qualification would be advantageous. However, if you don't currently hold this qualification, full training will be provided and your ARLA Level 3 qualification and exams will be fully funded, as all Property Managers are encouraged to achieve this accreditation. What's on Offer • Salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience. • Monday to Friday working hours (8:30am – 5:30pm). • Use of a company pool car for property visits. • Discretionary bonuses at various times throughout the year, including Christmas. • Full ARLA Level 3 training and funded qualifications (if required). • Friendly and collaborative team culture. • Exposure to all areas of property management rather than managing a fixed portfolio. • Excellent long-term career development opportunities. Applications are welcomed from all suitably qualified candidates.
