We are seeking an experienced Estates Coordinator to join a busy Estate Services team in Norwich.
This role is ideal for a highly organised Estates Coordinator with strong administration, customer service, and reporting experience.
Key Responsibilities of the Estates Coordinator role:
• Coordinate day-to-day Estate Services activities and contractor support.
• Manage contractor payments, purchase orders, and contract variations.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, performance data, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and service trackers.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service-related queries.
• Support audits, health & safety reporting, and quality monitoring.
• Monitor shared mailboxes and CRM systems to ensure timely responses.
To be considered for the Estates Coordinator role:
• Previous experience as an Estates Coordinator or similar coordination role.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience working to KPIs and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Housing, estates, property, or facilities management experience is advantageous.
