The must have's for this role:
• Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Building Services, or equivalent experience, together with a recognised apprenticeship and engineering-related HNC/HND qualification.
• Significant experience within a hospital estates environment or equivalent engineering/ industrial setting, including maintenance management and statutory compliance.
• Extensive knowledge of health and safety legislation, engineering systems, estates compliance, maintenance planning and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage contractors and deliver high-quality estates services.
