Corporate Receptionist (Evening Shift) | 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm A market-leading US law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join its London office on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a prestigious, fast-paced environment where exceptional client service is at the heart of everything they do. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless front-of-house experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. Key Responsibilities ·Providing a warm, professional welcome to all clients, visitors and staff. ·Managing incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries efficiently. ·Coordinating meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared to the highest standard. ·Arranging and overseeing catering for meetings and events as required. To be successful in this role, you will have: ·Previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist within a law firm or professional services environment. ·Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. ·A polished, professional and confident manner. ·Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. ·Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure. ·A proactive, flexible approach and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
