Job description

Proximity Recruitment are searching for a dynamic Events Manager (Motorsport) to join a thriving motorsport organisation in Northamptonshire. The role is 3 days a week in the office with international travel required. The successful Events Manager will delivery a quality, premium motorsport programme working closely with senior stakeholders both internally & externally. Responsibilities: • Extensive experience delivering motorsport events at professional race circuits or within racing series environments. • Proven ability to lead onsite event operations, managing track activity, logistics, production, and staffing. • Strong understanding of track operations, paddock management, series regulations, and safety protocols. • Skilled at coordinating with race promoters, circuit staff, instructors, and event partners to ensure seamless delivery. • Calm, solutions-focused professional who can adapt quickly and resolve operational challenges during live events. • Experience managing high-end hospitality and premium owner/guest experiences at motorsport events. • Highly organised with the ability to manage complex logistics including travel, accommodation, suppliers, and event assets. • Proactive team leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for premium motorsport experiences.
