Job description

Are you highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an Events Operations Coordinator to join a small but busy team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting the planning and delivery of large-scale corporate events. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves keeping projects on track, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences behind the scenes. What you'll be doing: • Supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of large corporate events. • Managing event logistics, timelines, and operational plans. • Coordinating suppliers, venues, and event partners. • Assisting with delegate management, travel, accommodation, and event communications. • Maintaining accurate project documentation and tracking key milestones. • Providing on-site operational support during events where required. • Working closely with the wider team to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish. We're looking for someone who: • Is exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail. • Can confidently manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment. • Is proactive, adaptable, and enjoys solving problems. • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Works well independently while also being a supportive team player. • Has experience coordinating events, projects, or operations (corporate events experience is an advantage). • Is confident using Microsoft Office and event management systems (or is quick to learn new platforms).
