Events & Operations Executive Berkshire / Hybrid | £28,000 - £30,000 Are you looking for your first or second role in events and want the opportunity to learn every aspect of the business? We're looking for an ambitious Events & Operations Executive to join a growing live events and experiential business based in Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves events and wants hands-on exposure across every part of the delivery process. One day you could be helping prepare materials in the warehouse, the next supporting event logistics, coordinating suppliers, collecting printed assets, assisting with event builds, or helping the team deliver exceptional client experiences. This isn't a role where you'll be stuck behind a desk. You'll become an integral part of a close-knit team and gain experience across operations, production, logistics, client services and live event delivery. What you'll be doing • Supporting the delivery of live events and experiential projects • Assisting with event logistics and planning • Coordinating suppliers, venues and event materials • Supporting warehouse organisation and stock management • Collecting and delivering materials when required • Helping with event builds, installations and on-site delivery • Assisting with project administration and documentation • Supporting the wider team wherever needed • Learning all aspects of how a successful events business operates What we're looking for • Some exposure to events, marketing, hospitality, production or experiential environments • A positive, can-do attitude • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved • Strong communication skills • A proactive approach to problem solving • Full UK driving licence preferred • Someone who wants to build a long-term career in the events industry If you're looking for a role where no two days are the same and you're excited by the idea of learning every aspect of event delivery, we'd love to hear from you.
