Job description

An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing technology business as a Permanent Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and HR Coordinator. This varied role offers the chance to support senior leadership, streamline office operations, and contribute to exciting projects such as an upcoming office move and setting up HR processes as well as being the go to person for employees.. Benefiting from a collaborative environment that values organisation, initiative, and professionalism, please note this is a fully office based role Key responsibilities: • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including managing complex diaries, email correspondence, and meeting plans. • Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions from leadership meetings. • Support the COO and wider leadership team with administrative tasks, internal communications, reporting, and cross-functional project coordination. • Oversee the smooth running of the office by managing supplies, facilities, maintenance, health and safety, and onboarding of new staff. • Assist with HR duties such as developing policies, employee record management, onboarding, leaver processes, holiday tracking, and supporting recruitment activities. • Coordinate business projects, such as an upcoming local office move, operational improvements and ad hoc tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and details managed effectively. About you: • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar supporting role. • HR experience • Proven ability to manage high-volume inboxes, complex schedules, and multiple priorities with confidence. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong eye for detail. • Comfortable working independently, using initiative, and remaining calm under pressure • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office and other platforms • Positive, friendly, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment. • A practical, solutions-focused approach with a proactive attitude towards work and problem-solving.
