Executive Personal Assistant to CEO – Music Industry Birmingham £35,000 – £55,000 DOE International Travel - Business Class This isn't your average PA role. An exceptional opportunity has arisen to work alongside the CEO of a highly successful, fast-paced music business with an annual turnover in the millions. The OpportunityAs the CEO's trusted Executive Personal Assistant, you'll become the backbone of both their professional and personal life. No two days will ever be the same. From managing complex business schedules to coordinating lifestyle arrangements and supporting high-level projects, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping everything running seamlessly. There will also be opportunities to accompany the CEO on international business trips. Travel is occasional, but when required you'll fly business class, with all travel, food and accommodation expenses fully covered. Your responsibilities will include: • Full end-to-end management of the CEO's business, personal and lifestyle diaries, ensuring competing priorities are effectively managed. • Acting as the primary gatekeeper for the CEO, screening calls, emails, meeting requests and managing access appropriately. • Coordinating complex UK and international travel itineraries, including flights, visas, accommodation, transfers, security arrangements and detailed travel schedules. • Accompanying the CEO on international business trips when required, providing on-the-ground executive support and ensuring every aspect of the itinerary runs flawlessly. • Managing confidential correspondence, contracts, sensitive documents and commercially sensitive information with absolute discretion. • Liaising daily with senior executives, artists, managers, promoters, legal representatives, suppliers and high-profile clients on behalf of the CEO. • Planning, coordinating and preparing meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, presentations, reports and follow-up actions. • Monitoring deadlines, projects and business priorities, ensuring the CEO remains ahead of key commitments and strategic objectives. • Overseeing personal lifestyle management, including reservations, private appointments, events, household coordination and personal travel arrangements. • Handling last-minute changes, emergencies and time-critical requests calmly, efficiently and with minimal disruption. • Managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Anticipating the CEO's needs before they arise, identifying potential issues and implementing proactive solutions. • Supporting business operations with project coordination, research, administration and executive-level problem solving. • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and representing the CEO professionally at all times. • Being available to work flexibly when business demands require, including occasional evenings, weekends and international travel. What We're Looking ForThis role isn't suited to someone looking for a traditional 9-5 PA position. We're looking for an exceptional organiser who thrives in high-pressure environments, remains composed under demanding circumstances and genuinely enjoys operating at executive level. You'll be highly organised, commercially aware, incredibly resourceful and able to make decisions independently.
