Exercise Practitioner

Delivery of a programme of exercise to those referred to the Steps to Health Service, undertake assessment, conducting inductions to the gym or virtual rehabilitation environment, goal settings and where appropriate, one to one and class instruction. Deliver Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation classes alongside Physiotherapists and Registered Nurses and provide education to patients.
