Experienced Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant Hampton Start Sept 2026 On behalf of our client, a vibrant and well established secondary school based in Hampton, we are currently recruiting a TA to join the SEN team in September. You will join a large and supportive department. The role will be assisting SEN students in various subjects and working closely with small groups. As a teaching assistant you will be: • dedicated to helping students achieve their attainment levels • you will encourage students to engage proactively with their learning • you will be responsible in helping to provide a safe environment for students to learn. • You will assist the teacher in the students their learning and development as well as with behaviour management, consistently promoting positive behaviour.
