Responsibilities: · Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain classroom routines in the absence of the regular teacher. · Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment. · Adapt quickly to different school settings, building rapport with students and staff while adhering to school policies. · Assess and support pupil progress, providing feedback and guidance, even during short-term placements. Requirements: · PGCE, QTS, or HLTA Level 4 qualifications. · Experience working with primary school students. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to adapt to various teaching environments and work effectively with diverse student populations. · Flexibility and willingness to work on short notice.
