Are you an experienced Fabricator looking to take the next step in your career? Ideally you will have strong practical experience in aluminium fabrication or similar and the ability to interpret complex technical layout drawings would be highly desirable. • Job Title: Fabricator • Job Type: Full Time Permanent • Hours: 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday • Salary: Up to £38,000 (Depending on experience) • Location: Staines Key Responsibilities • Coordinate fabrication tasks from cutting lists ready for Assembly • Act as a central production contact, collaborating on fabrication design to optimise manufacturing plans • Manage workspace efficiency, preparing aluminium profiles • Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings to ensure precise component dimensions • Prepare and check finished fabrications, flagging any material defects or structural tolerance issues • Assist with workshop inventory tracking to ensure necessary profiles and hardware are always available • Monitor machinery performance, ensuring all routers, saws, and drills meet required safety standards • Meet strict quality standards Highly Desirable • Proven experience in aluminium or metal fabrication • Ability to read, interpret, and adapt production workflows from technical drawings and design schemes • Highly organised with excellent multitasking skills across different machinery and production runs • Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with design teams and floor managers
