Facilities Administrator

An engineering business based in Emersons Green is currently recruiting a Facilities Administrator to join their team. Duties will include: • Provide updates on jobs and quotations • Allocate work currently • Schedule engineers and chase missing paperwork • Assist with job queries • Raise purchase orders • Ensure costs are recorded correctly • Update customer portals The successful candidate will come from an administrative background, being able to demonstrate excellent customer service/communication skills, a proactive attitude and team-player characteristics.
