Job description

My client, based in West Drayton is dedicated to helping students with Special Educational Needs and/or social, emotional, and mental health challenges who are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education are seeking a Facilities Assistant to join their team. My client caters to students aged 5 to 19 years and are committed to fostering, nurturing an inclusive environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive. They are seeking a dedicated Facilities Team Member to join their busy Facilities Team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of duties, including driving students and staff, and sharing responsibility for health and safety, security, services, maintenance, repairs, porterage, and managing contractors. Temporary Position for long term temporary to permanent. Working Pattern: Three days a week - 38.5 hours per week. 52.143 weeks per year. 8:30am to 16:45pm and 8:30am to 16:30pm on Friday with a 30mins lunch break each day. Salary Details (to include pending cost of living pay rise in all pay scales): The hourly rate to the candidate is £16.13 - £18.10 per hour (equivalent to FTE salary of £30,279 - £33,983 per annum), Outer London Business Support Scale, Grade 45, depending upon experience and qualifications. Temporary rate between £16.13 - £18.10 per hour depending on experience. Location: West Drayton UB7 8AB You must hold a UK Driving licence.
