Job description

Facilities Coordinator A leading law firm is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Facilities Coordinator to join its Client Services team. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day workplace environment, ensuring meeting spaces, office facilities and events are delivered to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities • Set up and support meeting rooms, conference spaces and events. • Assist with office moves, workplace reconfigurations and furniture moves. • Provide support with basic AV equipment and meeting room technology. • Liaise with Facilities, IT and AV teams to coordinate and resolve issues efficiently. • Carry out routine inspections and audits of meeting rooms and workplace areas. • Support corporate events and porterage services as required. • Monitor stock levels and ensure workplace supplies are maintained. • Identify and report building defects and maintenance issues. • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures. • Deliver a professional, responsive and customer-focused service at all times. About You • Previous experience in a facilities, workplace or building management role. • Experience in a client-facing environment. • Highly organised with strong attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A positive, can-do approach and strong customer service mindset. • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving abilities and capable of working under pressure. • IT literate and able to build effective relationships across the business.
