Mobile Caretaker • Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour • Location: London Borough of Redbridge, IG6 3UJ • Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a Mobile Caretaker to cover various sites within the London Borough of Redbridge. This role includes a company vehicle, making it ideal for individuals with a valid UK driving licence who are ready to manage multiple properties efficiently. Day-to-day of the role: • Travel between sites within the London Borough of Redbridge, ensuring properties are well-maintained and secure. • Perform routine checks and basic maintenance tasks at each site. • Report any significant issues to the management team to ensure timely resolutions. • Maintain a clean and safe environment across all properties. • Interact with residents and address their caretaking concerns promptly. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Must possess a valid UK driving licence. • Experience in a estate services caretaking or similar role is essential. • Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks. • Must provide own work trousers and safety workwear, including steel toe cap boots. • A basic DBS check is required to ensure the safety and security of all residents.
