Facilities Projects Supervisor

Your new role We are looking for a Billable Works Supervisor to join our expanding team, managing the commercial and operational delivery of chargeable works across multiple disciplines. This plays a key part in supporting maintenance operations by taking identified works and converting them into accurate, well-managed and compliant billable projects from quotation through to completion. What you'll need to succeed • Experience in a facilities management, maintenance or project coordination environment. • Strong commercial awareness with experience preparing quotations, costings or estimates. • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CAFM systems. • Ability to review and understand RAMS and health & safety procedures.
