Family Solicitor Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A well-established and highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Childcare Solicitor to join its expanding Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven Childcare Solicitor to build their career within a supportive and collaborative environment while making a meaningful difference to the lives of vulnerable children and families. The Role Childcare Solicitor to manage their own caseload of public law childcare matters, with support from experienced colleagues where required. Your work will include: • Care proceedings • Public law children matters • Emergency Protection Orders and Interim Care Orders • Special Guardianship Orders • Supervision Orders • Adoption-related matters • Representing parents, grandparents and other family members • Advocacy where appropriate, with opportunities to develop advocacy skills • Liaising with local authorities, Children's Guardians and other professionals involved in proceeding.
