Job description
A well-established and highly regarded specialist Family Law practice in Stafford is looking to appoint a Private Family Solicitor to join its experienced and close-knit team.
Renowned for the quality of its work and excellent client care, the firm offers a genuine long-term career path, including progression to Director level for the right individual. The role also provides a flexible hybrid working arrangement of three days in the office and two days from home.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters from instruction through to conclusion, including:

• Financial remedy matters
• Private children disputes
• General family law advisory work
Joining a growing and supportive department, you will work alongside an experienced Director, Solicitor, additional fee earners and dedicated support staff. The firm operates a fully paperless environment using LEAP case management software, with modern systems and efficient processes in place.

To be considered, you will be a qualified Family Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE and the ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision. You will also be keen to broaden your expertise through involvement in more complex and high-net-worth family matters.
This opportunity would suit an ambitious solicitor seeking high-quality work within a progressive and forward-thinking boutique practice. The firm maintains a genuinely friendly and down-to-earth culture, where hard work is recognised and rewarded and where career development is actively encouraged.
What's on Offer?
• Quality privately funded family law work
• Exposure to complex and high-net-worth matters
• Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)
• Clear progression opportunities through to Director level
• Modern, paperless environment with excellent support
• Friendly, collaborative team culture
