Farm Manager

Farm Manager Location: Gosberton Salary: Competitive We are seeking a Farm Manager to lead the operations of a large-scale family owed, vegetable farm. This is a hands-on role, where you will manage crop production, storage, and overall farm resource management. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can ensure smooth daily operations, effectively lead and support farm teams, and drive operational efficiency across the business.
