The FICS Manager will play a key role in managing the operational delivery and contractual responsibilities of Farnham Integrated Care Services (FICS). They will design, embed and manage commissioned services, ensuring operational excellence, CQC compliance, and strong collaborative working across partner practices and external stakeholders.
