You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care. In this role, you will: • Carry out care assessments and regular reviews • Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients • Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision • Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas • Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld You’ll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
