Job description

Reed is partnering with a fast-growing company looking for an experienced Field Installation Manager to oversee kitchen installations across Manchester, Liverpool and the surrounding area. You will manage the installation process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while delivering an excellent customer experience. Salary circa. £45,000-£50,000 + car + bonus Key Responsibilities • Manage kitchen installations from initial handover through to completion. • Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers throughout the installation journey. • Support and guide installers on-site, ensuring quality, compliance, and best practice standards are met. • Recruit, onboard, and develop installers, ensuring they meet company expectations. • Plan, schedule, and monitor installation activities to achieve agreed deadlines and performance targets. • Conduct site audits to ensure quality workmanship and health and safety compliance. • Assess new installers for technical ability, workmanship, and suitability. • Resolve installation issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally. • Carry out technical site visits for escalated cases and provide detailed findings and recommendations. About You • Previous experience in installation management, ideally within the kitchen sector. • Strong understanding of installation, carpentry, and construction practices. • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and health and safety requirements. • Proven ability to manage projects from planning through to completion. • Experience assessing, selecting, and managing Installers. • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple installers and projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Flexible approach with a willingness to travel across the region.
