Finance Manager - Development and Sales (Contract)

Our Client Our client is one of the UK's leading organisations within the housing and property sector, managing a significant development portfolio and delivering projects that make a genuine social impact. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to partner with their Development & Sales teams in a highly commercial leadership role. The Role Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll provide strategic financial support across a large-scale development and sales portfolio, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive performance, improve commercial decision-making and strengthen financial controls. You'll lead a small finance team while overseeing budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, business partnering, investment appraisals and statutory reporting. The Successful Candidate • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or CFA) • Strong post-qualified finance experience, ideally within property development, construction or a related sector • Proven business partnering and stakeholder management skills • Experience leading and developing finance teams • Commercially minded with strong analytical and Excel skills What's on Offer? • 1 Year Contract paying a Salary of circa £80k • Hybrid working (1 day per week in the office) • Excellent pension with generous employer contributions • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service • Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, life assurance and volunteering days • The opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial performance of a major organisation with a strong social purpose.
