Finance Manager / Merseyside / £50,000 - £60,000Accountable Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a successful and expanding professional services organisation based in Merseyside to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, hands on, finance manager to join a growing business in a broad role. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships across multiple departments and contributing to both day-to-day finance operations and longer-term business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Preparation of monthly management accounts and performance reporting • Delivering insightful commentary and analysis to support business decisions • Maintaining financial controls, including balance sheet reconciliations and ledger integrity • Managing cash flow reporting and supporting working capital performance • Partnering with operational teams to support revenue forecasting and project performance • Monitoring profitability and analysing business trends to identify opportunities and risks • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and wider financial planning processes • Assisting with year-end reporting and statutory compliance requirements • Providing guidance and support to junior members of the finance team • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and reporting efficiencies • Acting as a key finance contact for stakeholders across the wider business About YouWe are keen to speak with experienced finance professionals who can combine strong technical ability with a proactive and commercial mindset.
